Vincent is currently in the Accelerated Master’s program for Computer Engineering at NC State, driven by a passion for finding smarter and faster ways to get things done through emerging technology. At Smart Setup AI, he focuses on helping businesses unlock their full potential with practical AI tools that simplify work rather than complicate it. Known for his focus on efficiency and clear, real-world solutions, Vincent is committed to building systems that actually work for the people using them. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, playing pickup basketball, trying to cook a good meal, and spending time with family watching great movies.

Nick is a graduate of NC State's College of Engineering with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, where he honed his knack for simplifying complex processes. With years of hands-on experience running an eCommerce company and optimizing everything from workflows to inventory management systems, he knows how to blend efficiency with great design. His passion lies in applying big-business efficiency to the unique challenges faced by local entrepreneurs. At Smart Setup AI he builds modern, fast, and lead-generating websites for small businesses using AI tools to keep costs low and impact high. TJ is a startup builder focused on solving real-world problems for small businesses. Growing up in a family that ran a local business gave him a firsthand understanding of the daily challenges owners face. After co-founding AI startups like OneTap and VoicePrompts.ai, he now brings that expertise to local businesses through Smart Setup AI, offering simple tools to make operations more efficient. TJ leads strategy, product, and customer development, making sure every solution fits the real needs of the businesses they serve.
